Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of order receipt under the following conditions:

✅ Returns Accepted:
- You received a damaged or defective product (excluding shipping box damage).
- You received the wrong item.

❌ Returns Not Accepted:
- The item has been used or worn.
- The original packaging is missing.
- The product is damaged or broken due to misuse.
- The 30-day return window has expired.

Important: We are not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.

Return Costs & Restocking Fee

For non-defective returns, a 20% restocking, handling, and transaction fee may be deducted from your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Defective Items & Refunds

All items are quality-checked before dispatch. If you believe you've received a defective product:

- Contact us at  support@chicmatchy.shop with clear photos and a description of the issue.
- If a prepaid return label is issued and the returned item is found to be functional, the return label cost may be deducted from your refund.
- Returned items must be in their original condition. Refunds may be denied for items returned damaged or incomplete.
- If your return is rejected and we receive no response from you within 7 days, the item will be responsibly discarded.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please double-check the product details before placing your order.
